| Registration: | Each delegate must send a completed Registration Form (click here for form) to the the convention registrar Lynn Evich with a $90 fee by June 30th - 4194 Ankar Park Drive, #117 Bellingham, WA 98226 This fee will cover lunch and dinner Saturday with beverages available during breaks. An optional lunch will be offered Sunday if you wish. (Note: For those staying at the hotel, breakfast is included in your hotel reservation.) |

ACCOMMODATIONS |

A block of rooms is being held at the Silver Reef Hotel and Spa for the convention. There are deluxe double queens and deluxe king rooms, both for a cost of $115.00. No taxes are charged, but there is an additional charge of $15.00 for the 3rd and 4th person per room. For reservations call toll free 1-866-383-0777. Please look at the Silver Reef website at
